Which Thermostat?

40-gallon terrarium. Looking at buying a thermostat. Which of the following would be my best bet and why?

• 1) Zoo Med ZM37600 Digital Thermostat
• 2) Exo Terra Dimming and Pulse Proportional Thermostat 300W
• 3) Exo Terra Thermostat with Day and Night Timer for Reptile Terrariums, 600 W

Honestly, I think any of them would be fine. It's kind of nice to have a proportional thermostat, if you want some reason to choose one.
