Why is my gecko like this?

Every time I change the paper towels in Stripes' cage, he stops eating. Why does he do this?

Maybe he's just sensitive like that? When I clean Tiamat's cage she doesn't want to eat either.

Granted she's not a big eater to begin with.

If Stripes doesn't eat for a day or two after changing the substrate, I wouldn't worry too much.

Wow, that is sensitive alright. He might just take a while longer to adjust than others do. That's all. I wouldn't worry.
