Wild caught crickets

Well, judging by the posts here, I can see I'm not the only one severely affected by the shortage! I only have one leo, so I can only imagine what it's like for people with dozens of them.

For reasons beyond my control, I'm unable to make it to the pet store for another two weeks. In the meantime, I have no source of food whatsoever. Ordering crickets or phoenix worms online isn't possible because my parents don't like using their credit cards online.

The only other option I can think of is using WC crickets/grasshoppers. I know that it's not advisable to do so due to parasites etc., but other than that there's nowhere I can get food for another two weeks. Would I be able to feed them to my leo for the time being?

i wouldn't do it because bugs seem to be able to eat harmful things like pesticide and survive but the stuff they've eaten can hurt your leo.....but im not an expert
