No, it is a little bit easier to chew...but they should be able to chew both, and they are both nutritiously equal.

I've got an older male who seems to have a hard time dealing with a superworm that isn't freshly molted. He'll grab at it repeatedly and not be able to crunch it. I try to get him the nekid ones. The lady geckos try to sneak in and snatch them up if he isn't quick. I think they are jealous that he gets the choicest worms. :)

hmmm mine so far can take both. i guess its the same nutritious food.
