Will the tangerine come back??

I life in germany and over the last coulpe of weeks it got pretty cold... .
I think that that is the reason why about three weeks ago my little boy looked like this:

And this is how he looks now:

So I was wondering if the colors will come back when it get's warmer or if he will stay like that.

Make sure the heat pad is properly set.

It is set properly its just that the general temperature went down.
The temperature in the tubs is the same though.

he has been looking like this for almost 2 weeks now, so no, hes definately not going into shed.

From what I have heard, as Leo's age and get bigger they sometimes can fade a lot, or a little, or not at all, or even get brighter. I have also heard that temp can make their colors change a bit. I think only time will tell. Ether way though he is really pretty. A nice looking Gecko I must say.

Tangerines are funny in that they can loose tangerine color with age or gain it. I have had some loose and never have it return and others in which it came back so will have to wait and see.
I do have to say one thing tho, those brown stripes along the reverse stripe are probably going to develop into some REALLY nice reddish/orange stripes. That is going to be a nicely colored gecko, even if it is not the way you expect.

The point about aging is right, but the fade of colors is also normal when you drop the temperature.
