Winter Hibernation?

Okay, so it's just the end of September but temp's have dropped pretty quickly here in Poland, it's about 4-8 degrees celcius here. The temp in my apartment has dropped as well cause the heat didn't come on till yesterday. The problem is my Gecko seems to be more lethargic (sleeping almost all day, eating once every two days) is this because of the temperature change? the temp is constant in her viv, high 80's low 90's. Can they detect a change in the weather outside? any help would be greatly appreciated

I think they can detect the weather outside. Some of my leos eat less and look tired when there is a storm closing in. As for winter hibernation, the location I'm in never gets too cold, only around 10-12*C in winter. I keep their tank temperature the same throughout the year, but they do slow down eating when winter comes (even its not even cold outside). I think daylight cycle plays a role here.
