Won't eat mealies?!?

My new gecko ( I've has her a week) won't touch mealies. She gives them the look, but that's it. She won't even taste them. She chomps down crickets. I was hoping to get her on mealies because they are much cleaner. Any help?

Maybe try a different gutload to change their smell. Or try superworms, which are just like mealies except more active. Roaches are a good option too, theyre hardier and smell less than crickets.

Maybe you could dust them with calcium or vitamin powder to change their smell. My gecko won't eat mealies dusted in vitamin powder but will eat mealies dusted in calcim powder.

Stop feeding the crickets...she will eat meal worms.
Also feed the meal worms to change the taste....Suggest orange peel.
work the crickets in later on, if you have to feed them.

She's now eatins Superworms. Yay! I'll just have to keep offering different things to get her not so picky. Can you use Superworms as a staple?
