Won't Lay Her Eggs

I have a female leo named June who is approximately 3 years old. (She is a rescue, so I don't know for sure.) She is producing eggs, but won't lay them. I can see at least 6, and who knows how many more there are in there. I've tried a variety of substrates and combinations for her, but she still won't lay. I've tried coconut fibre, vermiculite, sand, moss, and various combinations thereof. She also won't eat - I have to force feed her (0.5 ml of ReptiGel from the vet, twice weekly. I add calcium to this as well.) She has been to the vet several times, and I've been offered three options: 1) do nothing and hope she lays them on her own; 2) give her injections of a drug that may or may not induce her to lay; 3) surgery.

Now obviously I don't want her to have surgery! I am going to try the injections, but is there anything else I can do to convince her to lay? She is in a 20 gallon long, with three hides: warm/dry, warm/moist, cool/dry. She also has a few other pieces of cage furniture which she seems to enjoy climbing. The warm end of her tank is 90F at substrate level, and the cool end is ~75F at substrate level. Her substrate is paper towels. She sheds regularly, and seems as active and interested in her surroundings as always.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I forgot to mention... she has a dish of phosphorus free pure calcium and a dish of fresh water available to her 24/7. Her heat comes from a UTH and I am not using a UV light. Here is a picture of her:

Some of her fingers are missing their tips because her previous owners had no clue about retained shed. :main_no:

Thank you Tanner. Yes, oxytocin is the drug - I couldn't remember the name. Was it liquid calcium that you gave her? Did you give it to her orally? I am going to bring her in this week, so I will ask about that.

it was a injectsion that i had to give here daily in the back of her leg it was extra calcium and a few days latter she laid them but there is one other way besides the drug and the surgrey but its risky you would have to get your vet to aspirating the egg contents through the abdominal wall with a syringe and needle.once the egg has collasped the eggs will often pass through
