WooHoo!! They took their first meals!!

I picked up 2 CB granite bp's, male and female at the Hamburg show last Saturday. They had yet to take their first meal from what I was told and decided to see if today would be the day. I picked up a pinky for each and placed them in a paper bag. After an hour, I checked and there was no pinkies!!:main_thumbsup: :main_thumbsup:
I am so happy!! They weigh about 60 grams right now and look nice. I am still trying to get some decent pics but not having any luck. When I do, I will post them. Planning on giving them another meal on Saturday. Hopefully that will go well too.

Not yet Jason. Waiting on getting a few meals in them and letting them settle in more before doing a pic day. Also a little hard because they aren't the friendliest and I won't have them out with my daughter running around when I'm alone. Need to wait when the bf is home to keep her in check and not spooking them because she wants to see them and all they want to do is strike at anything that moves.

thanks, they refused their second meal. So I'll wait a week and try again. Better luck next time. The female did nail my boyfriend pretty well though. Maybe she was full from her bloodmeal and didn't want the fuzzy.:main_evilgrin:
