Good job on the weight loss guys! I myself have been on a small rollercoaster in terms of losing weight. Back in November, I won a $200 bet to see who can lose the most weight in a 2 month period. I lost 18lbs.

Then the holidays came. I gained 10lbs. I have since lost 5lbs. of that in the last two weeks by eating 4 meals a day and drinking TONS of water along with some weightlifting and Tae Bo. 205lbs. is my target weight. 11 more pounds to go:D

I have come to the conclusion I am allergic to food because I break out in fat and get all swollen between my waist and knees when I eat.

So THAT is what my problem's been since I had my second kid. He made me allergic to food! My hair changed, and I picked up a food allergy. Dang.

Unlike all of you I'd like to gain some weight. 200 pounds now, I'd like to be about 230 or so.

I would assume that would be muscle right? I was the same way when I was around your age. I got to about 210 of solid muscle at 19. It took me about 2 years of good hard work to get there. All of a sudden my wife and I got pregnant twice so I started eating all of the stuff she craved and stopped working out. By 24, I went up to 235 and stopped working out. All that so called muscle turned to mush!:( I started working out again but it takes much longer to lose the weight and gain muscle than the other way around (gaining weight I mean).

Congrats to everyone on their weight loss. For those of us that have been struggling with weight, it's not easy, and it takes a lot of work. Keep up the great work! I used to be one of those people that could eat anything I wanted and didn't gain a pound. That went down hill after my second child turned 2, and I truely miss those days. I know I'll never be 100lbs again, but I can work hard and get to a comfortable weight for me.

Tom, good job, just keep to it as long as you can. Once life slaps you in the face you find it harder to find the time to take care of yourself.
