Worms! What Do I Do?

I have one of those Cricket Keepers, and clean it out regularly. Tonight I came home and took it out to feed my gecko and clean the cricket keeper, and there were lots of tiny worms in one of the tubes. Looked like mini maggots. What do I need to do? My gecko is very healthy. Eats well, poops well, looks good. Can I just get some worm meds, or do I need to take her to a doc? I also really never liked getting my feeders at Pet Co, but it is less than a mile from my apartment. Also any suggestions on a better place to get feeders that's affordable on a tight budget? if the worms were in the critter keeper you keep your bugs in they are most likely pest bug to the food you feed em but if they are in your leos enclosure you are most likely want to take your gecko to the vet to get a fecal and possible medication. if you can get some of the worms you are seeing and put em in a pill bottle or something to take to the vet with you.
