Interesting update:
My vet (is awesome and) was interested and did a necropsy on her own time. She found a tumor in his abdomen that was leading to GI track blockage. She didn’t find anything other than cricket bits in his intestines (no substrate). So he just got old and grew a tumor. Feels good to know the cause and to know that it wasn’t anything that I did wrong.
