Yes, finally!!!

I finally saw June bug Shedding!!!!!

I've had him for like a month or so, and I always seem him turn gray but never see him shed.

Well this morning I woke up at 6 to go to school and he was shedding!!

Now, a quick question...June bug didn't use his humid hide at all, but his shed came off cleanly, no stuck shed anywhere, is that a problem, or no?

My baby, is not a baby anymore T_T haha

cool pictures. It's ok he wasn't in his humid hide when he shed. Him going into it and using it on and off will keep his skin moist so he can shed better when the time comes.

Nice pics, it's hard to get pics of mine when he sheds because he does it under one of his hides. And my SHTCT never uses his humid hide, ever. But he never seems to have any problems, aside from a tiny bit on his forehead once (and that was removed with a wet q-tip). My smaller high yellow one uses it though. I guess some do and some don't, but I keep one in there just in case.

Those are some great shots! I like the last one. I have only seen Stripes shedding once but I didn't stick around because he was still very small and shy. Stripes too doesn't use his humid hide. Maybe because it is already very humid here?
