so far I've hatched 2 of these little guys....very cool...awesome colors

but I don't understand how.....dad is a standard bell albino..nothing fancy, here is a pic of mom.....so how do these 2 make the above baby???

i am soooooo loving leopards this year....

To me, that hatchling doesn't look Bell at all. :main_no: I'd say that's a Tremper, but that's purely based on what I'm seeing in the pictures. By the way, Mom doesn't look Bell to me either.

Interesting Stu. To me, the mom does look like a Bell...but the offspring certainly does look Tremper-ish, for sure. No chance of an egg mix up?? If you get a chance, post a pic of the dad and other offspring. Cool stuff...

Cool geckos I'd say aptor!!! Your bells must have the aptor or raptor genes cause that looks identical to aptors, has the carrot head and tail with the pattern in the tail and a paternless body, I'd definatley say aptor.

there were 3 geckos in the breeding group, all came from different sources, mainly locals who sold me their collections.

well....it is me so there is always a chance of egg mixup i doubt it in this case, i've actually been pretty good about keeping group clutches separate.

i'm waiting on more clutches to hatch to see if i get more of these. there is a good chance that next season i'll need to do some test breeding individually to see who is carrying what genes. then again...i do like surprises! lol
