What do you mean with "low quality"?????? These ones are healthy leos, and I do care for the origin of my leos, I know the genetically background of most of them, I saw the parents of most of them and I often know their origin, too. I also have a basic knowledge of genetic and morphs. And just because I don't want to use those "temp tricks" and going to incubate my Tremper Albino offspring on low temps, I don't think that I'm going to provide low quality . . .

Just trying to clarify. By "low quality" I don't think she meant bad health, and that you don't know what you are doing. She just meant that, at least in the United States, darker leos (the ones being called chocolate) are not as sought after as the bright colors. In other words, if you had identical leos, except one had darker colors and one had brighter colors, the brighter colored leo would sell for more. I think that's what she meant?

Seraphim, you got me wrong. I refer to what Scott (Nikki?) said. I'm not saying that those are bad geckos just because they are brown. I was talking about their value on the market. Maybe I should have used another word and not quality, but I couldn't think of any other term.

My normal female is the healthiest thing in the world, she's gorgeous, she has a good temper, I love her with all my heart, but... In the market, I wouldn't get even 30 bucks for her. That's what I meant.

It wasn't my intention at all to say that those geckos are worthless. Actually I liked them a lot.

Oh, so I really got you wrong . . . ;) Referring to the words "low quality" I had ill / unhealthy animals in mind and breeding without making any plans or thinking about pairings . . .

Thank you all. I think I got what I ask for :D

I will tell my Swedish friends Chocolate is just a color, not a morph, OK?

But...I think the darker ones are much more beautiful than the light, nomal (old type) of temper albinos.

(i borrowed your nice pics ;) )
