That will be a lot of clutter in a 16qt. I suggest 1 hide (make humid/lay hide when needed), water, food dish (extra calcium in it works the same as a calcium dish). This way its less clutter and more space fore the gecko to do things such as defecate in a desired location and find open spaces to sprawl out when desired. For a Hide I use a entree container or other containers about that size. Cut a hole in either the top or side and soften any sharp edges from cutting with soldering iron or something which can provide heat but not leave charred remains. This will prevent any potential injuries from your cut out.

Yep, 15 qt works fine for leos up to 100g or so.

We use Exo Terra medium caves in all of our 15 qt tubs in our Rhino Raxx. The belly heat is at the back so we place the cave at the back of the tub. If the leo is ready to go into shed, we just wet 1/2 of a crumpled paper towel and place it in the back corner of the tub and it makes the whole tub a sauna.
As for dishes, we use corning pyrex petri dishes, small, easy to clean. We have one for minerals/vits, one for water, and one for mealies, all placed at the front of the tubs on Viva paper towels. Plenty of room. Even our big leos thrive and seem to like this size enclosure, though we do take them all out to stretch their legs a bit daily.
