look at the picture and tell me what you think..I rigged it myself cause i cannot find any seperaters in my area..I have one on each side to make two vivs outta one..Willow and Stubs seem pleased..wanted to try this bcause i have another two coming and they need seperation..least til i get a rack lol be hojnest..does it look ok or should i have done something dif..thanks

Yea.. what did you use?? I used an aquarium seperater .. and epoxied it to the glass.

Very nice and you were able to fit a lot in that space for two leos I was thinking of doing the same in case I got another leo but I just couldn't figure it out. NOW you got me thinking..

Now I know who to blame if I get another leo and find the space for it

what did you do about the UTH? did you remove the large one that i assume you had and put back two small ones? or what... I have a 33 long with an large UTH that I can see my self doing this with it in the future if i don't sell it or put a snake in it.

That's just what I did with my 20 gallon long. I splitted it with a seperater.
It houses my two younger males.

I'm about to be doing the same thing to a 20 long. but what did you use?! I'm trying to think of things that look good, and not too obvious.. and I really like how yours looks.

Wow I didn't expect that response lol thanks And you all want to know what i used? hmm hard to explain lol but will try...the actualt seperater is the cover to a sterilite container cut to size..on each end i have a couple tubes..you can use rubber or plastic..mine are plastic..was actually a badmitten pole tube I cut them to length then put a slice the full side to slip it over the sterilite container..got a few suction thingies that go to aquarium flowers and made holes for them to fit on each corner to keep it from falling over or knocked over and viola my very own homemade seperater lol..thanks for all the praise on it I enjoyed making it was fun and am gladu all enjoyed it too

oh and the uth i have one smack in the middle back for both geckos..heats up their warm dry and moist hides just fine. It is half on one side and half on the other so they are both sharing the same one..that was the only thing i was concerned about when i started but ended up doin fine I could actually give them more room if I would remove the larger housing units and give them smaller ones but they like their homes lol.

yes till working on the rack but from what i have seen the set up i have right now gives them more floor rooom then a rack system cage does lol..they would never be able to have 3 hides plus a plnt and water and food dishes in a rack system so idk if I will keep it permanent but def more room then a 16 qt tub..they are enjoying it tho and t hats what matters to me rack is taking lots more time then anticipated and think i have to start over ugh! got time tho only have two right now and two more coming so no problem with space atm just when i want even more!
