I have 6 eggs in the incubator right now and the first two are on day 45. One is bright pink when candles and the other is yellow with faint pink spots. I weighed the eggs when they were laid, and both were at 3.5g now both are sitting at 5g. If an egg was infertile would it gain like a fertile egg

Hard to tell. I've seen all sorts of supposedly bad-looking eggs hatch and some good ones not hatch. Just hang in there and incubate till it either hatches or stinks.

It could have gone bad after gaining the weight. Eggs can go bad at anytime during incubation. The two eggs that have hatched for me this year were both just after 45 days so if there is no mold then I would keep incubating it.

Also, what temperature are you incubating at?

One of my infertile eggs grew at the same pace as the fertile egg. It glowed bright yellow the whole time but I incubated it just in case. I broke it open after the other one hatched and it was infertile as can be.

All I will say is the well used phrase on here "Incubate till there's no debate!" You can never judge just by candle alone.
