She and her cagemate were surrendered to a local pet store by a kindergarten teacher that could no longer care for them. They are both 7 years old, but I only took one.
She has obviously had some really bad sheds due to missing toe tips and tail tip. When I brought her home I spent quite a while working on a shed-encased toe. I was able to get it all off and the toe still has circulation despite being encased in several shed's worth of skin.
She's quite feisty and I love how dark she is.
Anyway, enough blabbering, here she is:
