I produced this guy last year and the couple who bought it called me today and asked if I would take him back. They are moving to Hawaii and they can't take him with them. Poor little guy is skinny and he has some strange Black mark on his tail but he is friendly. He actually has parts on him that are almost translucent. He is weird looking.

They have been feeding him some prepared leopard gecko food they were buying from the petshop here because they were told by the kid that works there that insects were bad for geckos. I swear I hate petstores, I try to make myself available to help people who buy from me almost all day but I guess the petstores with all their sick animals piled on top of each other know better then I do. Either way here he is let me know what you think.

I just realized that was a lot of complaining, sorry. :)

What is that a cigarette burn on the poor guy? He is a very beautiful Leo.
I'm glad he's in competent hands now :)

No not a burn, thats actually a marking, I e-mailed some of the people who bought his siblings to see if any of them have developed the spot, and two of the males have developed the markings and none of the females have developed it. Seems strange.

I got a hypo Mack snow that looks somewhat like him from Thad at Ohio Gecko last month who also has a similar paradox spot on the tail. Here he is from a photo taken right after I got him (I named him Galaxy):

i cant believe the person who works there would say that! That is terrible. Gah, it makes me angry right now thinkin about it! i feed my baby leo mealworms and crickets dusted w/ calcium. Anyhow, that leo looks very good. I'm glad he is in better hands. :main_yes:

Some pet stores can drive me crazy when they do things like that. He looks like a happy little leo now :]
