im afraid to breed my female leo to my male when i put her in he wags his tail
like he is about to strike should i let them go for it

There's a difference in 2 different behaviors... slowly wagging his tail from side to side (which is considered aggressive, dominant, generally negative behavior) and the tail vibrating quickly (which is breeding behavior in males)

LOL, Malik you gotta give us time to answer your question.

If you really want to breed these two, i'd supervise them when they're together at first. The slow tail wagging is an indication that your male is guarding his territory. They should be okay after a while.
