Albino or Abbssynian?

Tell me what you guys think of his eyes, I think hes a Abssynian, he has a gorgoues pastel yellow color and light colored tail

nah i wouldnt say abbysinian, the veins in his eyes arent red enough i dont think.

That's what I was thinking unless the spots on the body/tail are quite dark.

maybe hes het. abs? heres mine it doesnt have white feet or tail or brown spots but does have red veins. i was told thats a het. marker.

Abyssinians are an Eclipse variant, if he was an Aby he would have the white nose like an Eclipse.

I was under the impression that RT declaired the Aby independant from the Eclipse. And I've learned to not go by the white nose at all. I have seen several Abys without white noses and own several Eclipses without white noses myself. They can loose it as they reach adult hood. Either way, I'm 90% sure it's a Tremper.

RT did declare that, but that declaration is wrong. That or the $750 gecko he sent me isn't an Abyssinian because I have proven it to be homozygous Eclipse, and I have also proven that Abyssinian x Tremper albino does not make more Abs.

Yup. I got tired of not being able to get a straight answer on them so I plunked down the cash, did a bunch of test crosses and proved the skeptics right, Abyssinians are Eclipses. They do add some funk to the color and I suspect they may be a hypomelanistic variant, but Eclipses none the less.
