Basically is means a animal is carrying a trait but you can't visually see it.But this trait can be past on to furture offspring.
Example.
Normal X Normal = 100%normal.
Normal HET Albino X Normal = 50%Normal,50%Normal HET Albino.
Albino X Albino = 100%Albino.
Albino X normal = 100%Normal HET Albino.
Albino X Normal HET Albino = 50%Albino,50%Normal HET Albino.
Normal HET Albino X Normal HET Albino = 25%Albino,50%Normal HET Albino,25%Normal.
