I've been wondering which of my 5 gravid leos would be the first to lay this season. The winner is Almondine, the gorgeous Afghanicus eclipse (het tremper) that Chris Stager sold me at the beginning of Jan. I was just checking on her progress and snapped this amusing picture of her laboring (so to speak) away with the other female and male watching curiously:

Gecko number 2 laid her eggs today . . . in her dry hide. Gecko number 3 is in the lay box right now, the fat tail laid 2 days ago and the garg keeps digging but nothing yet. I love this time of year!

Congrats.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but you bought a gecko in Jan and didn't quarantine it?

I bought the gecko at the very beginning of January and quarantined it for a month. She became gravid right away and just had her first clutch.
