A chameleon would make a good addition. They are fairly easy to care for; however i believe it would be a step up from a leopard gecko. I have a veiled he is pretty cool. My g/fs actually but i do most of the care for him.

Other than that a beardy or a uromastyx would be good. They both have to have a diet of veggies and critters. I had 6 beardies not to long ago, i rescued 3 and already had 3. They are fun, but messy.

Never had a uromastyx but would like one. They are the same care level as a beardy.

Uromastyx are to big for a 20 gal and they are harder to care for then beardies. They do not like handling and are more of a display reptile. If i enter the room my uro darts across his tank and hides. Also beardies need more room than a 20 gal to. you should look at U miliis or something. I made a thread awhile back in the other herps section about what can live in a 20 gal. Go check it out and good luck with what ever you choose.
