Looks like it could be to me. That light spot is a good sign especially since it's so far from the neck band.

That is the difference, right there. Look at the first band, where it is much lighter next to the neck. That is just about the only characteristic, that is different than a normal on a hatchling MP. That and they tend to have those stripes on the back legs, like their Mack SNOW siblings do. Other than that alot of the time they display the "circle back" aberrant-pattern, or the same type of aberrant-patterns that the Snows also have.
