Ya lateralis a a little pain to deal with cause they are quick, and they don't even climb. I would hate to deal with speed and climbing. you will probably spend most of your time like a max security prison guard. making sure none escape.

I would try lateralis instead.

or the best would be to try dubia or discoides if you have never dealt with roaches before. good luck!:main_thumbsup:

Yes, lobster roaches are an EXCELLENT food source for geckos, and they love them, and are EXCELLENT as far as nutrition goes! Whatever kind of bin you are holding them in though, make sure to run a line (about an inch wide) of Vaseline or any kind of patroleum jelly along the top of it with your finger, so they will not climb out... They can't pass it. As soon as they try to, they slip and fall back down. Assuming you have no other animals that can get to them, like a cat or dog... you could even leave them in the tub with no lid on it, and just keep them like that, for as long as you have them, and they will never get out.
