yea it is hard since i was researching that many of the islands off of greece had philosophers that were there...is it the one that Plato lived on? or philosophers island?

You're "burning up" close, but not quite. Lefkada is the Greek pronounciation. In English, it's called Lefkas. That's the island I worked on, and it overlooks the island in question. Good Guess!
