WOW I have been bitten twice full on by my 62g male, and it didn't even break the skin or hurt at all it was like being flicked. Is it normal for them to bite that bad or is that just your monster lol?

russ got bit so hard it when through his callus (he works with metal so he has thick ones) and it tore a huge gash and took out a chunk. so he cut that part off and wrapped it up and let it heal. shoulda gotten stitches but he couldnt be bothered with them. the piece russ cut off was about the size of a quarter and maybe 1/8-1/16 thick. *whisper* cuticle scissors work great for that

You got off easy... all 4 times I have been bit by a 65 plus gram male (one was 90g) and they all drew blood and it stung like a razor cut. All but one did the death roll on me and wouldn't let go until I got some cool water on their head. They can squeeze down on you like a vice if they want. I haven't been bit by a Tokay since I was 14 and I knew to wear gloves with him, so I can't rightly compare recent experiences...lol

I've been bitten by a tokay and remember it well. That is pain.
I did see an idiot try and act cool in front of my wife and get bitten by a tokay on the face and her and I laughed hysterically as his friend pried it off. He was trying to make it bark and it nailed him; it was great.

I've only been bitten hard by a leo one time it was by my giant male "Ahnold", because he was tryng to mate with my hand; and inevitably was sucessful. He laced into my index finger and it bled like a fig leaf for almost an hour and I have two small scars to remember his sweet lovin forever.

If you want the whole lovely story see my recent post; "I guess my finger is pretty attractive" it was embarassing to say the least.

Blizzards...

I only have female visuals and they are very sweet and chilled. My het males are the same way... Maybe it's due to the laid back atmosphere here??? :smoking:

I should hatch some males this year... It'll be interesting seeing how they turn out attitude wise...
