average hatchling weight?

For those of you that weigh your geckos right after hatching, what are some typical weights? How could I tell if a hatchling was premature?

My hatchlings are generally 2-4 grams, though my scale measures to the nearest gram, not the nearest .1 gram. Some premature hatchlings are very washed out in color.

Mine average 3-4 grams. I've got some that hatch at 5 grams, and I've had a couple tiny ones at 1-2 grams.

My scale is a gram scale. I wish it was .1 gram. So far, four out of four have weighed 4 grams. One was flickering 3/4, and another was flickering 4/5.

I just knew one was going to hatch too early! I'm devastated right now. He (when he hatched, I automatically thought he even though this whole time I was hoping for females..) just hatched, and his yolk sac detached. Just half of it's left on him and he only weighs 1.9 grams. He just lays there and occasionally twitches his tail or moves his head. But he's breathing. Looks like he's got both eyelids and all his toes, so that's good. I left him in his deli cup in the incubator and I'm going to check on him in a half hour to see if there's any improvement. I'm so worried about the little guy.

More active than your description, but less active than typical for a day or two.

Sadly mine didn't make it. It was my first hatchling of the season and it just came out too soon, I think. Poor guy. Stopped moving/breathing about an hour ago
