baby crested gecko walking in circles

Hello.

My baby crested gecko started walking in circles today when I took him out.

He's behaving normal when I put him in his enclosure, but behaving weird when I took him out again to check on him.

I have been taking him out regularly ever since I got him when he was 2 weeks old (got him November last year), and never done this before.

What can this be a sign of? - I've read about enigma syndrome, but it just came so suddenly.

See how he does when he's in his cage. If he's fine there, he may just be trying to do something that we can't anticipate when he's out of the cage. Although there can be a neurological problem in any gecko, enigma syndrome has never been documented in a crested gecko to the best of my knowledge (as a hereditary syndrome that goes along with a morph); it's a leopard gecko thing.
