Cage should be at least 36" long, bigger if possible. They eat mostly veggies with some crickets for protein. Google "Bearded dragon" care to get caresheets or go to www.beardeddragon.org for lots of information

If you're still interested in getting a bearded dragon;

The cage should be at the very least 48" long for an adult and 24" wide, the depth depends on what you do with the lights. If the lights will be placed on a galvanized steel screen about 18" is adequate, if they'll be inside the cage then around 24" high.

Don't use calcisand, it's harmful. No heat rocks. A lot of breeders say no sand because they believe it causes impactions. But personally if you make sure you use some play sand that's shifted, boiled or cooked, and washed thoroughly there shouldn't be much of a problem. I use excavation sand; it creates a more natural environment since the sand turns to clay. Just don't leave it in the sand form when the bearded dragon is in there. It needs to be mixed with water and molded. Of course; like most particle substrates it should be replaced once a month or so. A cheaper way is to line the bottom of the cage with ceramic tiles that have a texture to them.

Try going to http://www.bearded-dragons.com/, there's quite a bit of information available and also some forums for bearded dragons there.

I agree-that is one cute little baby dragon
I would also like to suggest that you get him off the bark and onto paper towels or tile
The bark holds too much humidity and can be accidentally ingested by your baby
