Bell Albino Eye Issues

2 of my bell albinos are both keeping their left eyes shut all the time. Both are eating good and otherwise acting normal.

Are there any eye related issues with bells albinos other than being very sensitive like any albino animal.

What kind of lights do you have in their tank? If you have a bright light then that could be the problem. Albinos are sensative to light. Sounds like its more of a external problem then one with the albino.

I have them in a rack system. The room they are in also houses Bearded Dragons & a small Sulcata. So yes there are some bright lights in the room. during the day.

I have 3 Bells total and the third one doesn't seem to be having any issues.

Well, my little male's eye issue is no longer. Still not sure what it was. My female is still having some issues. They have never been in the same enclosure together. Thats why I was wondering if it was just a Bell issue.

Albino's, of any strain are really sencitive to light, just keep there tubs dark, they should get better
