You really shouldn't be crossing Bell to Tremper, you'll end up with all normals double het Bell and Tremper. Of course some of them would be normal Enigmas, double het. Even in the generation after they would all still be possible het for the other Albino strain.
Everyone's been working so hard at trying to prove out all of the original Enigmas that were unknown for hets so it's frustrating to see people wanting to create them on purpose.
If you want to breed Enigmas into your Trempers, you should just get a Tremper Enigma or Enigma het Tremper.
