I have and breed bearded dragons now, and a florida banded watter snake.

But i have had red eared sliders, spiny soft shells turtles, red eyed tree frogs, huge female cuban tree frog (5 inches big girl), green tree frogs, cricket frogs, salamanders, crested gecko, and legless lizards thats all i can think of now.

Nope no leos. But i have taken care of one before, and was a really cool gecko.

ummm... Blazing Blizzards, SHTCT (but i dont really care for line bred traits, im more on the side of recessive and co-dom), RAPTOR's (lol), giant's, and Rainwater Patternless Albino. Thats probably the top of my list.

i love blizzard (normal, midnight and blazing at the same), RW and bell and giant...
i love the size of my giant male so for me starting with a cople giant, one of mack, a cople of albino (the strain you like) and a cople of blizzard is a good idea..you can take a blazing blizzard and one female blizzard and one albino (of the same strain of blazing male) so you can use the same male for 2 project...
raptor for start is really expensive...
what's about your budget?

This is for every one that breeds leos. I want to breed leos but dont really know what sells the best. Im not in it for any money just for fun, I dont care what the morph is just give me an idea what sells and what doesnt.

Perhaps before you embark on a leopard gecko breeding project, you could just get one and keep it for a year and learn all the 'in-and-outs' of their care and husbandry first? There is a H-U-G-E difference in 'keeping' reptiles and 'breeding' reptiles.

I gotta go with Marcia, I had mine for three years before I even began to think about breeding them. Not saying you have to wait that long but it is a good idea to keep them for a while to see if they work out. For example I got a white's treefrog a while back, turned out not to be my cup of tea so my neighbor got a cool birthday gift. Just saying keep one or two females for a while and see what happens. Though I can't imagine why they wouldn't ;)

Thanks everyone for understanding my post to theirs. I accept your apology, Herpencounter and will respond to your posts if you ask any questions I can help you with. It really did come off defensive as I am sure anyone who has ever kept a reptile/ animal knows about the big resposibility I was jus adding it to my keeping it fun and exciting part. A with anything people do if its not fun and things slow down and are not exciting they may not be as gunho as to give the best care for their animals. Thats all I was saying. Now re snows- beautiful morph and I too am working with them but like many have said stay within a budget in case this isn't your cup of tea later on. Starting with SHT's are a reasonable morph to get into. Blizzards are not an easy morph to work with unless you are pairing them with the like. So again my oppinion is to get something middle of the road in price and see how you like Leos thengo from there. Leos aren't for everyone. I am aBeardie breeder myself so I relate to you. I do believe Leos are a tad easier to keep but I have over 50 beardies 26 are adults the rest sub and babies. Anyways good luck in whatever you decide but keep in simple at first and you will be fine. Deb

There is only one reptile that I do not like and that is iguanas, I have never had a reptile or amphibian that I did not like, and I love caring for them and every thing so none of this is a big deal to me (as I said earlier I have a friend that will take care of them). But I am truly sorry for what I said.

I just remembered I have also had a box turtle.
