Which one?

The one on top of the coaco nut shell looks like a Patternless or a blizzard. But I can't tell the pic is blurry. I'd lean towards Patternless.

The one to the left looks like an abberant/normal.

no he has red eyes

If he has red eyes then he is an Albino Patternless. Blazzing Blizzards show more white/pink in the body.

The girl could be a high yellow, but the pic could be dulling her colors so it's hard to tell. So I'd say abberant/high yellow.

does your camera have a macro setting?

The female is a normal, the male is a blurry spot.

I, too, believe she is normal. She looks a lot like my first leo that I got at Petsmart. When she aged, more spots came in. She's not covered in them, but she has large spotting amongst the bright yellow.

A better picture of the male will help id him.

You may consider a vet if he's loosing weight. Many times, pet store reptiles have worms, which would hinder their appetite. But, only a vet could determine that.

That's good then. If he's not eating the mealworms, maybe try another feeder. I've had that problem, to which after years of mealworms, 2 of my older leos refused to eat until I provided crickets. I got them back on mealworms after a month of gaining the weight back.

If it was a good vet they would of done at least three fecal floats before saying "I found nothing." And every vet knows that finding nothing really proves nothing. He could of just skipped the B.S. and just given it a dose of panacur.

A macro setting would make your pictures of leopard geckos more visible... look in the picture section of this site and youll know what I mean.
