I'm glad he made it there safe Mandi. This is just one of the long list of reasons I do not ship via DHL and will not buy from someone that only ships through DHL. If they will ship with UPS or FedEx for me then they've got a sale. The lower cost in shipping is not worth the life of the animal(s) being shipped IMO.

I ship primarily DHL cause of the lower shipping cost to the customer...however I will ship Fed Ex or UPS if it is requested...I make sure to mention that on my site...This is the worst incident with DHL that I've had, I hope never to have to repeat it....but that's prolly hoping for too much

Well I've had problems with all of the shipping companies at one point or another, I think sometimes it's just luck of the draw.
