Not sure if this is the right forum, but I am looking for people who own Black Pearls. I am requesting pictures of your Black Pearls to add to the Leopard Gecko Wiki.

So please, if you have Black Pearls, please add them to this thread. I will take it as permission to use on the Wiki!

Thank you very much!

Hey Kyle what other morphs you looking for? I have some pure subs, plus some sub crosses. Plus Redstripe Bells or some pretty awesome Redstripes in general. Nice Lavender Stripes and Lav Stripe Snows. Bah just hit me up with what you want. LOL

Almost all of the big breeders have or have had Black Pearls. A lot of them got out of them but may still have some. I agree with Jordan. Since your just trying to put the info together for Wiki just see if Craig will allow you to use their images...or if they have others you can use.

What proof do you have to back up this claim. I only know of one breeder that has one and is still working out the genetics behind it. I can think of many larger breeders that I talk to on a weekly basis that have told me personally that they don't want to work with the black pearls do to the genetics haven't been totally worked out of them.

I don't need to prove myself (nor my wife) to you Ryan. You always seem to try to come back and attack whatever my wife says and frankly its getting old. The large breeder I talk to weekly has told me its a dead end mutation and is only worth its weight as a baby. I have been told variations of this (but still the same basis) from multiple large breeders. So unless you can prove that a lot of big breeders are working with them still then stop trying to down my wife every time she posts something.

Being a dead end mutation is a personal opinion. Im sure theres lots of people that like them. I for one adore them. I also know a guy that has one and is still working its genetics out. I plan to get one as soon as i can. If its only worth its weight as a baby can I buy one from your buddy ;)

Before any rules are broken I'm going to just remind everyone to stay on topic (posting Black Pearl pictures to contribute to the wiki). Personal arguments don't have any place in this thread. If you would like to discuss the validity of the morph you may start a new thread. Thanks.
