A friend of mine hatched out a couple babies yesterday and he got in contact with me to ask if the one was a Black Hole. I asked him if i could use his pictures to post to this site and ask all you knowledgeable people if this could indeed be a black hole. The parents are a Male Super Snow and a Female Snow Enigma. Anyways here are the pics. Let me know what you think.

Oh and the Baby has solid black eyes, which is what made him think it was a Blackhole. Thanks to all that help out and all comments welcome of course :main_cool3:

No eclipse that we know of. The Father was originally mine and was a Super Snow het Tremper and the Mother is a Snow Enigma Het Tremper. Neither of them have any known Eclipse genetics. I told him i didn't think it would be a black hole due to no Eclipse genetics. But it is a Snow Enigma with Solid Black eyes. Wouldn't be a Super Snow though, it has a Pattern.

I am not sure, i guess there is a possibility but when i originally got the male Super Snow i was told he was het tremper albino and that was it. As for the Mom she is a Hypo Snow Enigma and her Parents where a Super Snow Male and an Enigma Female, again no Eclipse genetics that we knew of. So i am not sure where the Eclipse would have came from and that is why i was Questionable weather it would be a blackhole or not. Well either way my buddy loves this new hatch ling and i am sure will test breed for Eclipse in the future.

Super Snows have solid black eyes. Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks like a Super Snow Enigma to me and the parentage supports that idea. The white Eclipse nose also seems to be absent...

It looks like a regular snow enigma to me. Sometimes they will hatch with black eyes that fade a bit. I hatched a snow enigma who had black eyes which faded to snake eyes. He was definitely not an eclipse. I just figured that it was something with the enigma gene that did it.

Ya my breeder Male Snow Enigma has solid black eyes also which is weird because again no Eclipse Genetics in him either. Anyways thanks all for you comments and opinions. The help is greatly appreciated.
