Chances are she is a Tremper albino Blizzard (BB). The Tremper albinos tend to have darker coloration on the skin and eyes when incubated at female temperatures. Since she is female (probably incubated at temps below 85) that is probably why she has dark eyes. But the pink skin color leads us to believe she is a BB.

here is what i believe are my BB and they don't have any red eyes. one is a pinkish color. No really eye shot but the whiter 1 is a big MEANIE, and he has cat eyes, and the pinker one is a little sweetheart and she has more solid black eyes

i compared mine closely tonight to my HTCT. They have distinctly different eyes. My BB just has darkened tremper eyes.

my trempers HATE the light but i think albinos have sensitive eyes and so do DB's and BB's

NOT true. A Diablo Blanco is a cross between a BB and a RAPTOR. Because of the Eclipse gene in the Raptor (which is also albino) you get solid red eyes. If it wasn't albino it would have solid black eyes.

The blizzard gene tends to see some "snake eyes" and "eclipse eyes", but no one has figured it out yet and it seems to appear sporadically. What I mean by that is you can breed two "snake/eclipse" eyed Blizzard or BB and you could wind up with all offspring coming out with normal eyes.

RW albinos have very dark red eyes that can appear black or like a dark cherry red, it can be hard to determine whether it's Tremper or Rain Water.


Jason, your's is a BB. David, your's look like BB just going on skin color alone but that can be decieving. Closer eye shots would be helpful. I've never heard of cat eyes on a leo. Other then the fact that normal leo eyes look like cat eyes to begin with.
