Bloody something...?

So the enigma I thought was eating again all of a sudden decided to give me some more premature grey hairs...and quite a bit of them this time...look what I found in her cage this morning...

I am LITERALLY at my wits end. This entire situation with this gecko is making me clinically insane & driving me to drink. My vet is stumped. I am losing my mind.

Any thoughts...input...questions...comments (good or bad) i'm really open to anything at this point.
