Wow first I can't believe someone would do that to any creature, and second my hat is off tpo you nice job can't even believe its the same Gecko. I rescuded a ball pyhon a few years back it had damaged mouth and gave him to a friends son, he is doing well it was very rewarding. But what you've done there is a miricle, nice job

Thanks everybody for your kind words. I think we all would have done the same.

This is a truly amazing story and very inspirational to me. My Leo is exactly that skinny. I have been trying everything I can but, I haven't been able to put any weight on her. Its very frustrating. She has the will to eat but can't keep anything down. Do you have any suggestions? I have already taken her to the vet and was given panacur.

Congratulations to you and it's comforting to know that there is still hope for my little girl.

Did your vet identify a parasite from a fecal? Sounds like you need to head back to the vet if she's not keeping anything down. Try to find a good herp vet even if you have to drive farther.

What are the details of her current setup?

Wow, Bones looks amazing! Wonderful job with him!

You are right, he does deserve better and how selfish of the owner to not want to give him up even in the condition he was in. So glad the parents knew it was wrong and forced them to. It saved his life!

But nice job. Love how he looks now!
