I want to breed in the far future and I want to know everything I need to know.

1. Which brand of incubator do you recommend?
2. Which brand of thermostat do you recommend?
3. Are there any "how to build custom rack" threads on here?
4. What is the hatching care? Do they require higher/lower temps. than adults? More calcium supplements?
5. When I see newborn hatched babies in the incubator, do I take them out right away?
6. When do I feed them?
7. Do I provide a humid hide?
8. How much space do they need?
9. How much calcium should gravid females get? Do they need "vitamin" dishes?

Thank you! Any helpful comments/care tips are very much appreciated.

1. Depends if you are handy and can do a DUY. Hova for a small # of clutches, Nature Spirit for larger numbers, DUY if you have the know how and materials available.

2. Herpstat/Spyder Robotics

3. Do a search

4. Yes & No...sorry but once again do a search

5. I do because I use a SIM and don't want other eggs to be rolled or flipped more than necessary.

6. We use mealworms and dubias

7. Yes

8. 16qt/10gal for adults MINIMUM

9. Depends on the concentration and yes.

A LOT of these questions are ones that through searching the forums you will find all answered and in detail. After searching for some of them and you still are not happy with the answer or are unsure, then come back and ask for clarification.

I'm glad you're thinking of these questions and planning now. I highly recommend, though, that you google "leopard gecko breeding" and read some online stuff. Then come back and ask about things that seem to contradict or that you're still not sure of. It would take me pages and pages to answer completely and it's a bit beyond me at this point.
