You really shouldn't breed for demand. Demand in the market fluctuates insanely. I'd start with morphs you really like.
Personally, I'd like to import a WC trio and see if I can come up with something crazy through years and years of line breeding. But that would take time and It's not likely I"ll come up with anything awesome at first. Though I know a few people who'd want some F1 babies
Breed what you like. Get something healthy and as good quality as you can. If you are a first time breeder, no matter what you breed, you will not sell them as easily as someone with a reputation. Focus on producing alert, healthy geckos and price them so a 10 year old who loves reptiles can afford one (I price my geckos at $25-$45 depending on morph; I don't breed high end morphs in order to avoid undercutting the market).
If you have never owned geckos before, wait a year before you decide to breed. If you are at a point in your life where there will be changes within the next few years (going to college, getting married, having a baby) consider not breeding since you will most likely have to get rid of a lot of animals and supplies.
