I have added wet moss to the top cave to use as a humid hide....it's a comedy when you have larger geckos...

that cactus is not a good idea, you should remove it. They could get stuck by it when they go exploring.

One other suggestion, a digital thermometer would be better than the mercury one you have in there. You can pick one up at walmart in the hardware section. It is WAY more accurate.

Good luck on finding a gecko! check out the classifieds on here.

So, I'm a little late, back to those magnetic rocks.

My gecko's love them. They come in three sizes, tho the smallest size is too small for full grown leo's. All my tanks have them. My bigger tank has two even, the med size and a large. 4 girls and the boy that visiting them all squish up inside of them and then pass out. its the cutest thing.

Regarding the reptile dens, this is where I got mine:

Ebay

It's was about $16 shipped for the medium. That's about $9, on average, cheaper than you'll find in the chain pet stores.

Hi Everyone- I really feel that no one should have to be told not to use sand. I get a bit irritated when people tell others not to use certain things, but in all reality, everyone has different experiences with different things. Its understandable to tell someone of your experiences and let them decide, but to blatently tell someone NOT to do something, come on.....

Everyone does it different...there is no standard. The key is keeping healthy animals by finding what works best for you and your animals.

People are giving others their advise and opinions, nothing wrong with that. This is why this forum works so well. People do not hesitate to give their opinions on things. Then the person that asked can take that all in and decide what he/she is going to do. I think your post is not really useful for the people asking the question here. People learn from others advise, then they take all the advise and put their touch on it.
