Can a gecko have a lazy eye?

I think one of my juvenile geckos has a lazy eye, I will post pics after work but just wondering why this would happen

My bad, I don't think lazy eye was the correct term, his left eye is always less open Than the right eye, it's like he is squinting in one eye all the time
