I already have a SHTCT Juvenile and i was wondering if i could put another in his/hers tank ten gallon..20x10x 14. my gecko is like 3 inches long and i am wondering would it be okay to put another baby in with him /her to me it looks like a female because it has a skinny neck.???

Even if you have a larger tank (I'd recommend a 20 gallon for 2 geckos) you need to keep your new gecko separate from the one you already have for at least a month to make sure that the new one doesn't have any sickness that it could give the other one. Even if you get the new gecko from a very trustworthy breeder, the stress of moving can (but will not necessarily) cause an increase in its parasite load. You could get a 20 gallon tank, put 1 gecko in there and the other in the 10 gallon until the end of quarantine and then put them together in the 20 gallon, or for just a little less money, you could buy one of those plastic faunariums which measure about 18"x12"x6" and has a ventilated plastic cover. The zoo med mini UHT (**with** a thermostat will keep it heated adequately.

Even though the books say that male geckos tend to have thicker necks than females, I don't think that's really reliable with a baby, so there's still a chance that your current baby is male.
