I'm no good with guessing dog breeds, but 16 looks like mine when she was younger. So I'm going with 16!

I've seen pure APBTs with markings identical to rotties. I mean Abbie, has similar colors just more brown than a rott. People will stretch limitations and characteristics just to claim a dog to be of the "pit bull" classification. It furthers the fear and bad rep.
But, like I mentioned in that article, German Shepherds and a myriad of other breeds, in their time were as feared as the "pit bull" is today, and now look at them... They're beloved family pets. The American Pit Bull Terrier will have its day again. One day, the general consensus will love them as they did years ago during the times when they were terrified of the other breeds (obviously the breed differing depending on the era).

Jeanne said:That's a very good article, who wrote it?
goReptiles said:I did... I took the intro from parts of "The Pit Bull Placebo," as mentioned in the beginning, but the rest came from research and experience.
