I took a few pictures of the tortoise that my daughter got at the Super Show in Pomona in January. This is our first tortoise and I think she's awfully cute! She has adjusted to her new home and is very bold about exploring.

I'm admittedly biased, but I think she's pretty cute!

My daughter (7) became obsessed with the idea of having a tortoise - maybe after going to a show last summer? She did lots of reading online and read the books I gave her for Christmas. She came with me to the Pomona show to help me vend and as luck would have it Bluebeast Reptiles was just across the isle, so she was able to visit with her tortoise and ask lots of questions over the weekend. She carefully studied the care sheet in the hotel Saturday night and by the time we came home, she knew just what to do to take care of her tortoise!
