Its also known as the hemlock plant, grows about 6-8 foot tall and is common in Northern America, I have found seeds for sale in the US for like $5 a tiny bag, but I highly doubt it would get through customs...Which is a bugger so Im wondering where to get it in the UK to remove all doubt of the access to it.

Why in the world would you want such a nasty plant? The thing is a weed, invasive, and highly toxic. I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anybody in North America, and considering North American plant pests and diseases do a lot of damage in Europe (for example, all grapes grown in Europe are from North American stock because of a disease that killed ALL European grapes), I can't imagine customs would let it go through.

The horticultural community makes me shudder sometimes. It's amazing what kind of incredibly damaging plants you can purchase, regardless of where you are.

What kind of research are you doing? Is this for a university project?

No its a personal project, Have been reading up on it for about 8 months,
But yeah this website has a lot of questionable plant seeds for sale, admittedly I would love to purchase a whole load and see how they grow, but they also sell bags of 3,500 giant head poppy seeds (i.e opium poppys).

Mental.
